Our philosophy: Safety, reliability, and quality
At DS energy GmbH, occupational safety, adherence to deadlines, and the highest quality standards are our top priorities. These three principles shape our daily activities – on the construction site as well as in project planning.
The foundation of our company lies in the many years of practical experience of Managing Director Mr. Saupe. He held a leading position in high-voltage overhead line construction for over two decades before founding DS energy GmbH in 2000. Since then, the company has continuously developed. Since 2007, the company has been headquartered in Gera – centrally located and well-connected for operations throughout Germany and beyond.
Today, DS energy is a major player in the overhead line market. Our experienced team receives regular training and is kept up to date with the latest technology, safety regulations, and industry-specific working practices. To achieve this, we work with renowned training partners operating throughout Europe. The safety of our employees and the smooth running of our projects are our top priority. Therefore, we update all safety-related training courses annually. In addition, all employees complete certified first aid training every two years – a measure that goes far beyond legal requirements.
Since May 15, 2020, Electron Leitungsbau GmbH has held strategic investments in DS energy GmbH. This has also strengthened our leadership rises.
We regularly have the quality of our work reviewed and certified. DS energy is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and also meets the requirements of SCL certification (Safety Culture Ladder – Level 3), which demonstrates a safety-conscious corporate culture. We are currently preparing for certification according to DIN EN ISO 14001:2015 to ensure we meet the highest standards in environmental management.
